Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions and useful information to manage your booking in a simple and secure way.

Before booking

How does Delasto work?

Delasto is a portal dedicated exclusively to last-minute bookings within the next 7 days.

Availability is in real time and can be booked immediately.

Payment is made directly on the portal.

Is the price final?

Yes. The price shown at the time of booking is the price applied, except for any extra services requested directly at the property (for example parking, breakfast not included, tourist tax if applicable).

Are all cancellation policies the same?

No. Each property independently defines its own cancellation conditions.

We invite you to always read the "Terms of service" section carefully before completing your booking.

After booking, what should I do if I "did not receive the confirmation email"?

First check your spam or junk folder.

If you cannot find anything, contact our support service indicating:

First and last name

Email used for the booking

Dates of stay and booked property

Can I change the dates or the number of guests for the booking?

Since this is a portal dedicated to last-minute bookings (within 7 days), changes are not always possible.

You have two options:

Cancel the booking (after checking the property's policy) and proceed with a new booking.

Contact the property directly to verify and agree on any possible changes.

How does the refund work?

The refund depends on the property's cancellation policy.

If the booking provides free cancellation within the established deadlines, the refund will be processed according to the timeframes provided by the payment network.

What should I do if payment to the property did not go through successfully?

Check:

Available credit on the card

Correct entry of card details

Any 3D Secure block

If the problem persists, you can try again or contact your banking network support.

During the stay:

I have a problem at the property, what should I do?

Contact the property's Host immediately for a direct and faster resolution.

As a secondary solution, you can contact Delasto: our team will step in to support you in handling the situation.

Check-in is delayed, what happens?

Contact the property directly as soon as possible to agree on the time.

Check-in procedures are set by the property and indicated in the booking.

Security and payments

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are made through certified and protected networks.

Delasto does not store sensitive payment card data.
