Delasto is a portal dedicated exclusively to last-minute bookings within 7 days. Our goal is to help you monetize unsold rooms in a fast, transparent, and sustainable way.
How to register your property on Delasto
Registration is free.

Every request is reviewed manually by our staff within 48 working hours.

It is possible to synchronize the calendar through iCal to avoid overbooking if you are present on other portals. For this specific activity, DELASTO operators are available to support you during the export and import process.
Delasto is designed to be simple, fast, and intuitive.
Bookings and payments
Delasto applies a commission on sales.
Properties will receive direct payment within a few days, already net of the commission, through registration with the STRIPE network. This process is guided by DELASTO during the property's registration phase, making it simple and convenient.

Booking cancellation policies
Cancellation policies are established by the property.
We recommend setting clear conditions consistent with the last-minute logic, considering that bookings have check-in within 7 days.
In the event of cancellation, the refund is managed according to the conditions you have set.
Property cancellation policy
The Property may request the cancellation of its DELASTO profile at any time by sending a formal communication to assistenza@delasto.com .
The above procedure may require verification by DELASTO before proceeding with total and final cancellation.
